There were masking instructions for all processed surfaces of aluminum die-cast products. Here is an example of a problem we encountered. We want high-precision painting, but the precision of the processed surfaces is also very strict, so even slight scratches or dents are unacceptable. Our company has a lot of experience with products that require very strict processing precision, and we take great care in handling them. We can achieve a beautiful finish using specialized tape that matches the shape, and if requested, we can also offer to remove paint burrs at the boundary between the painted surface and the masked area. We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a specialized chemical treatment to address the issue of paint peeling on aluminum die-cast products. It seems that the degreasing process was not performed effectively, leading to peeling in the cross-cut test. Our company has extensive experience with aluminum castings, gravity die-casting, aluminum die-casting, and zinc die-casting, allowing us to perform suitable surface treatments and provide products without adhesion failures. The current contractor expressed concerns about the adhesion of the coating and mentioned that there were no color suggestions, which has been a source of trouble for them. We explored a gold similar to that of old Buddhist statues and Indian ornaments. We will introduce examples of cases that accommodate small lot items starting from one piece, such as prototypes.

We will introduce examples of handling single items, prototypes, pre-production samples to mass production, and mass production only. In the case of painted parts for processing equipment, we handled single items of melamine baked paint with a palm-sized iron base, and for medical and pharmaceutical device springs, we managed powder coating with an iron base for 300 to 400 pieces. Additionally, we were able to accept mass production of powder coating (with masking) for energy equipment parts at a rate of 1,000 pieces per month.
